SolveTech Support is a family run business based in North Shields, providing you with an efficient, honest, and friendly customer experience. With over 25 years of experience in the I.T industry, including a repair technician, graphic designer, and software developer, we have all our bases covered!

We are always trying to improve our services to you and we take all our customer queries very seriously. We love getting feedback and we strive to build a lasting relationship with all of our customers.

We offer a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly experience, without the use of confusing ‘geek speak’ – whether it’s the first time you’ve spoken to us or the hundredth time, we always aim to provide a hassle-free experience.

We visit you in your own home so there’s no need to unravel your computer cables and carry your computer into a shop. We can visit at a time of your convenience and we’ll keep working until you receive a satisfactory outcome to our visit.

The same repair technician will visit you each time and in the rare case that we can’t solve the problem there and then, we’ll fix your computer in our workshop and return it to you at your convenience. For your peace of mind, we always provide a collection receipt to acknowledge we have your computer with us while it’s being fixed.

We also offer remote support sessions for smaller issues, this means we can help you without having to visit you at all. Annual health checks are also available to help keep your computer equipment running smoothly for as long as possible.

About me:

I started the company in 2012, after 15 years in the I.T industry. From starting out as a Mobile Computer Engineer and rising up the ranks to the role of Regional Service Manager with a national I.T company, I gained knowledge, experience, and training needed in everything I.T related.

The roles included a lot of driving around the country and after a few years of this on a daily basis, my family and I decided to start SolveTech Support.

10 years on, I now commute in the local area which means I get to spend more time doing the job I love, but with less driving!
