Graham was very professional and polite but also friendly. He was spot on in analysing the problem and rectifying it. My problem was with the Video Card and the one he supplied works a treat; perfect for my aged system. 🙂 He also offered extensive advice and information and finished everything well within an hour. Cannot praise him highly enough! Would definitely use his company again.
